We currently have an opening for a Human Resources Manager in our DALLAS office. The Human Resources Manager oversees the day-to-day operations for the local office of assigned departments and will report to the Director of Human Resources. 

In this capacity, the Human Resources Manager will:

Responsible for managing the legal assistants and paralegals

Solves problems, applies judgement as related to benefits, recruitment, and employee relations

Completes assigned HR Tasks to comply with legal guidelines

Conducts new employee orientation

Writes and places job advertisements

Experience in administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs

Maintains communication with employees concerning benefits

Maintain non-exempt staff attendance and approves timecards

Assists HR Director with special projects

Uses discretion at all times involving confidential employee data

Assist HR Director with creating and / or setting HR budget

Understands best practices in the field of Human Resources and General knowledge of employment laws and practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation

Strong problem-solving skills, takes initiative and uses good judgement, excellent follow-up skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

At least 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience

At least 5 years of experience in a professional services or legal environment

Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Fundamental proficiency in planning, allocation and reconciling an operations bduget

Experience with HRIS systems
