The 2022 Houston Association of Legal Administrators Compensation and Benefits Survey is Ready for Your Input!

User Instructions are attached for your convenience and also available on the survey website.  These instructions are designed to assist you with navigating through the program and entering your data.  Please carefully review all instructions prior to logging in.  You may access the system at https://www.houstonalasurvey.org  and begin entering your Firm’s compensation data.  This year’s data is based on employee salaries as of February 1, 2022. We want *both* Houston and national attorney count (but reports will be grouped by Houston count as they always have been).

Please be sure to review the job descriptions when assigning salaries to ensure you are choosing the correct one. Job titles can vary across organizations.

The deadline for data entry will be Friday, April 22 at 5:00 p.m. 
Please begin entering your salary data as soon as possible.

Each chapter firm that participates will be charged $100.00 for access to the final reports.  Once the survey reports become available, you will receive an e-mail notification that you can login and retrieve the reports.  Any member who does not participate in the survey may purchase access to the final reports for $450.00
