Raizner Slania LLP is a Houston, TX based boutique law firm who primarily represents commercial clients in complex insurance litigation and arbitration against insurers who have denied or underpaid claims. Raizner Slania LLP is seeking to add a new Senior associate Attorney.

Candidates must be a mid- to senior-level associate with a strong academic background and prior experience at a large firm or prominent litigation boutique. The candidate will be the firm’s primary brief writer, with an expertise and experience in preparing and editing briefs on sophisticated and novel legal issues at trial and appellate levels as well as in arbitration. The candidate must also be able to present and argue the same legal issues at hearings. The candidate will also have responsibilities for overseeing inbound and outbound written discovery, and some depositions. While not required, some background in insurance litigation is helpful. For the right candidate, compensation may include bonus incentive compensation based on case and/or docket performance.
